Lush and Wellness Aesthetics – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lush and Wellness Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system, by phone, or in person.

• A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment.

2. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as listed on our website.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may incur a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

4. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Full service fees may still apply.

5. Health Conditions

• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatments.

• We reserve the right to decline or modify services based on your health information for your safety.

6. Age Requirements

• Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent for treatments.

• Some services may not be suitable for minors.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violations of these terms.

9. Liability

• While we strive for the highest standards of care, Lush and Wellness Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions or outcomes following a service, especially if post-treatment instructions are not followed.

10. Privacy

• All client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without your written consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
