Lush and Wellness Aesthetics – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Lush and Wellness Aesthetics. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Products

Eligible Returns & Exchanges:

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Skincare, cosmetics, or wellness items that have been tampered with

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange or refund.


2. Services

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services already rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to make it right.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
