Cancellation Policy

Lush and Wellness Aesthetics – Cancellation Policy

At Lush and Wellness Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations:

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. In such cases, a fee may still apply.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us directly.

  • For online bookings, cancellations can also be made through our booking platform.

Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion and flexibility.
